If true this has to be a major change of direction for SISU.

we can only hope.

i still think SP wasted alot of sisu cash(wages wise) but would be nice if mowbray can be a bit more forceful in getting more backing from the board.

I'd have preferred Nigel Adkins, Mowbray's topping up his pension. Obviously hope he can do the business though !

I'm wondering with Pressleys and mcfarlanes comments about the summer we may actually be in a position where we can increase our budget and add to it rather than cut this summer

To be honest I'm not sure who I would want, but I know who I wouldn't. So, Mowbray is fine by me.

They say never go back, but I'm sitting in the Hawthorns longing for that attacking football, when we clapped them off most weeks despite Carson/Martis/Meite probably costing us points. We can't defend anyway but think of the difference in quality between our players then and now. The football we'd play would be a joy to watch.

I'd send out an SOS to Mowbray. Get him back and get a bit of beauty into the football we're watching get back a bit of matchday enjoyment. If Alan Irvine deserved a second chance TM definitely does.

should be interesting at least. attacking football? despite what pressley said we havnt seen that in a long long time *sixfields scabs please dont post*

It is obvious .. There's an announcement today and mowbray 1/10 on don't take rocket scientist or a source in the club to work out does it lol

More than happy with Mowbray if it turns out that way. A reputation for at least trying to play decent football, and has been around a bit. As torchy implies, we could do worse.

However I am secretly disappointed that my Peter Reid/Bobby Gould 'dream team' suggestion hasn't been taken up by the wider fanbase. Maybe next time around, eh. :)
