Its a good win today but lets see how the rest of the season pans out.You know who you are….
More rediculous point scoring. You know who you are….
Yes agreed. Posters like these really need to get a grip of themselves. Can we not just enjoy the fact we've won? Do we really need to spoil it with point scoring? Just savour the moment!

Thisif people didn’t have opinions it would be a pretty boring forum…..
people are allowed (and given the concept, encouraged) to express those opinions, and if you can’t understand that it’s purely what someone is thinking or feeling at the time, personally, and may or may not turn out to be correct, then you probably could do with some time off this forum?

What a load of bollox.Personally I think Lampard owes a thanks to Glasner, 5 at the back at home, passive side, and their best striker on the bench gets the last 20 minutes. He lined them up like they were away to Villa again.
Not complaining because it’s exactly what we needed to kickstart our season, but let’s not pretend that was a tactical masterclass. Newcastle won’t be so forgiving so we need to be on it.
That’s the thing. It seems to be fine to write off new signings after a few games, talk about sacking the manager who got us promoted and generally laugh at the club. As soon as the tables are turned they don’t like it though.Yep
But can we please just stop writing us off and also new players, after just a handful of games
I was puzzled by the lineup today, but Lampard proved he got it spot on.
I'm afraid there are some curious characters in Coventry ( some even claim to be fans ) who are pleased when we lose. That’s the thing. There was a massive overreaction to the starting 11. Other than playing BTA instead of Simms it was probably what people should’ve expected given the enforced absences. This
I hate criticising managers and genuinely try to be positive but if anyone saw that starting xi today and thought we would perform like that I’d suggest you were lying

Typical on here, say something is bollocks but do nothing to refute it. I’m talking about Forests tactics (quite important in a game between two sides you’d think) against a side they were expected to dominate at home (5 at the back, passive, set up to counter). The difference between the sides ended up being a touch of magic from Dasilva, not some tactical masterclass. The stats show Forest were wasteful, and we rode our luck at times (we were due some). Not often we’re going to win games up here with a 0.6xG. Anyone can look at that and say Glasner got it wrong, as much as Lampard got it right. What a load of bollox.
After the week we've had ?!! Conceding 8.
To select an 11 from a newly assembled & injury/ suspension hit squad. Organise & motivate them to a man, to believe from the 1st minute was impressive from the Manager.
The confidence from which we can take into Newcastle. Win that & our season is on track.
Who cares what Forest did.
They been a Prem team for 3 seasons & spent money like you can't believe.
I'd congratulate Frank & coaches & our players for turning our week on its head.

Agree about getting players up for it though and how important that is, the work rate was night and day from Brighton/Villa and they all to a man put a shift in, But nothing I originally said took away from the effort showed, or the massive confidence boost of just getting that first win by hook or crook.
Another stupid and divisive thread.
You need to look up the definition of Irony.
It’s situational irony/hypocrisy.You need to look up the definition of Irony.

Oliver glasner said he was surprised by Frank's team setup and put him on the backfoot!"Personally I think Lampard owes a thanks to Glasner, 5 at the back at home, passive side, and their best striker on the bench gets the last 20 minutes. He lined them up like they were away to Villa again.

Werent you slagging off Pinnock?Don’t see why we shouldn’t have a thread like this. There’s plenty of utter, knee jerk nonsense when we lose
Shit WUMWerent you slagging off Pinnock?

Not sure why I would ever need to wet it either. It's solid oak.
