Time will tell whether he should be pissed off with Austin or Lampard, atm i'd be fuming with Lampard for not at least trying the new players when clearly certain others are not good enough.

If one of the most decorated footballers of his generation who played the same position doesn't know, perhaps it isn't true.
It's very clear that he has every attribute required, but he just needs to learn how to use them properly. That will come with coaching.
