The backlog isnt the problem, the numbers are. It's easy to approve them and let them stay. Do you have data on net cases v repatriation?
You’ll be pleased to know that deportations are up under Labour too. Substantially in fact. It’s almost as if the Tories were deliberately making it a bigger issue than it needed to be.

I dont need a politicians answer. I asked for net which as you know is still more.

Its also deportations are only better than other recent years since previously in 2017 (under the Tories) .

Almost as if youre deliberately making it try to sound better. We have no solutions,it will get yet worse.

Do you think Rudi will be back for Derby?

We all know that the hotel approach was a) because councils had no housing stock and b) their Tory donating mates owns the hotels and made a fucking killing off the government subsidies.

I’m not going to get into the whole immigration argument but theres been population growth of 6m+ (10%+) in 15 years. We’ve built 200k houses a year on average. Even taking kids into consideration people just need to do the maths.

Throw in right to buy polices, lack of replacement social housing building etc and where did people think hundreds of thousands of people per year were gonna go ?!

Exactly, but if you say shut the borders until it levels people shout racist because that's easier to try and close down the argument than have sensible discussions on solutions. The numbers dont stack up and all we get is yeah but we need nurses. Im sure those thousands in hotels are enrolled in NHS training programmes.

You can call it what you like but the fact is between 2015 and 2020 deportations fell something like 80% under the Tories. Since Labour came into power they’re up something like 35% I think at the last count. No political gimmicks like the ridiculous Rwanda scheme, they just processed them. A choice the Tories always had themselves. It’s so obvious that the Tories deliberately turned immigration into a political football and deliberately exacerbated the situation if you just believe the evidence of your own eyes. It’s all there in the public domain in black and white. You just need to pay attention to the facts.

Surprised you're posting if there's a mention of football.

If only people used the evidence of their own eyes more.

Down 80 and up 35, so not even back to what they were doing and with more coming over. Maths probably not for you.

Anyhow, I think he might go Eccles if Rudi isnt back with BTA having picked up a knock with Ghana. Or would you go Torp?

It took the Tories 10 years to get it down 80 percent. The most telling figure from Labour’s time in government is that nearly half of the people they returned had been eligible to removed between 2015 and 2020. The Tories could have removed them at any point up until July 2024 when Labour took over. It was a political choice on their point not too. Labour are still clearing up the deliberate Tory mess. If maths was your strong point you would very clearly see that.

You're not half as clever as you might like to think. We can all see through your paper thin single agenda.

So ... Eccles or Torp?

Independent IQ test for charity? I'll put up twice whatever you're prepared to pay.
I suspect that regardless of high your IQ is you’ll still refuse to let facts, figures and proven data cloud your opinions.

Intelligence is measured by many different metrics, the only thing an IQ test ultimately proves is your ability to do an IQ test.

You’re stupid because you’re stuck on an opinion and unwilling to accept facts and figures that challenge your opinion, therefore your opinion is stupid, therefore you’re stupid. I’m smart enough to accept facts and figures. On that metric I’ll always be smarter than you. And that is indeed a fact.

You missed the point entirely, showing how stupid you really are.

I actually couldn't give a flying fek either way, it simply amuses me winding you up at your ability to turn any post into it being the Tories fault.

I'll put you down for a no on the IQ challenge.

Eccles or Torp?

Tonester once described himself as someone who’s naturally inclined to vote Tory. He then voted UKIP

You have a higher IQ than me. There you go. I lost the challenge.

The Tories were in charge for over a decade when deportations fell to an all time low. It literally can’t be anyone else’s fault. If you can’t accept that you really aren’t very smart. They were also in charge when all the arrival records were broken. They invited the issue, maths doesn’t lie.

Labour regardless of their many many faults are using the same process and limitations that the Tories had available to them and returning people who should have been deported years before they were in power. If you are unwilling to accept that then you aren’t very smart.

Yeah I know, it’s almost as if I’m smart enough to accept the evidence of my own eyes and change my opinion. Thank you for your assistance in demonstrating just how stupid Rob is in thinking facts shouldn’t cloud your judgement. Cheers mate.
