Writings been on the wall since boro. Our results and luck was paveing over the cracks.

Near enough relegation form over the last 12 games.

Its seems worse than that as we have scraped wins and football has been dire.

Should have done this pretty much as soon as we took the lead.
No game mangement. How many times we taken the lead or come back to draw only to lose.

1 nil up vs Preston....drew.
Drawing twice with Brum..lost.
Qpr ...winning then losing
Norwich winning then losing.

A lot of the criticism from Derby fans of Frank Lampard was there was never a plan B and in truth I’m seeing the same.
This is what happened last season. We had teams below us working out a way to stop us and then Sunderland employed exactly the same tactics.

Only difference was it happened late in the season so wasn't as noticeable.

But there is no world in which Lampard is getting sacked :ROFLMAO:

How much longer does Frank have to turn this round? Its been the same script for WEEKS now. At no point has he tried to change things. Just sticking with the same "favourite" and out of form players, same formation, same tactics. He either needs to have a serious rethink and sort out his stubborn, failing tactics... or Doug has to make yet another HUGE call and get somebody else in. If we leave it too much longer, its too late. Either Frank needs to change his gameplan ASAP, or he needs replacing imo.

Probably needs to go at 1.5 pts per game from here to keep any credibility

Absolutely incredulous that we’re talking about having to turn things round. 23 championship teams would gladly swap positions with us. We do need a full back or 2 but we’re absolutely fine.

Tbf CD I did say I don’t want him to be sacked, but he either needs help in order to make a plan B (if he feels he doesn’t have the players to do so) or needs to use other players in the squad.

I look at Kitching as an example, woeful for a few games now. Bring Woolf in or Lati. Need to see a change. Or better yet, go 5 at the back at make us harder to beat.

Anyone wanting Lampard sacked now is quite frankly an idiot

However it is clear that we aren't doing enough in games, either tactically, desire or motivation

You can't blame tiredness/fatigue and illness when other teams have also had the same issues plus we've brought three players in

Lampard needs to sort this out quickly!

If I was King, Lampard has to get minimum of 4 points from Oxford and Middlesbrough. If we don't beat Oxford, then Boro becomes a must win to save his job. Its that simple for me.

Its been 2 months now where we can all see our frailties and Frank hasn't fixed it. We don't have the defenders to play the high line that Frank wants, and our midfielders have got worse.

I don't care that we are 'still' top of the league, we've picked up 15 points in our last 12 games, that's almost relegation form.

On top of all the above, we aren't even fun to watch. I can't remember the last time I enjoyed watching us play.

Well this run of ours has absolute banjaxed his chance of stepping up to manage a prem side, let alone the England Job. He has been seriously found out as being tactically naive when a change of game plan is needed, and for heaven sake where has our team spirit gone ffs? We used to close sides down at speed and score for fun, now we're second and even third best to the ball. Even the ball boys and tea lady is Infront of us.

I’m afraid you are a clueless, reactionary, fool. Can you not comprehend that the team that got us that lead is the one you are now criticising?

this is what worries me. we've all seen the problem for a long time, even when we were winning, and the appearance is that absolutely fuck all has been done to sort it out.
The thing I can't get my head around is, after last season and what happened against Sunderland in the play-offs, we all agreed our defence wasn't good enough, yet we've done absolutely nothing to address it.

Its actually painful that we the fans can all see the problems yet the club as a whole has done nothing to address it.

If by reactionary, you mean reacting to us playing poorly for 3 months with zero changes being made, losing a 13 point gap at the top down to now just goal difference? Then yes, im a reactionary fool.

That’s exactly what I mean. Which players do you think gave us that lead? So which is it. Are they the 13 point lead blowers? Or the 13 point lead creators? Or could you just be overreacting to a couple of losses in an otherwise superb season.

It is "not just a couple of losses". We have been poor since November. Even the Leics
There both shit when not scoring it seems. Refuse to win headers or hold up ball the both of them
All we got. Should have signed Bamford, as I posted at the time, people mocked.

Well we’re top. I’ve seen us in worse situations
Not for long, if he carries on picking the same players, playing the same formation. If I was sitting on the bench at the moment, I'd wonder what it takes to get a game. Budwell, Lati, Woof, even Allen. The way we are going, we won't even make the playoffs.

He didnt have a single positive touch during the match , but he wasnt the only one who was poor
No he wasn't it's just the poster wants him to start every game.

I think Wrights been shite too but it's clear he is better than Simms

If lampard truly wanted bamford it is weird doug said no. Maybe king thought he was gonna be Jamie Patterson level impact rather than what he's doing at sheff utd?

No it was just Doug not backing his manager… again
