They often say the problem is that it actually makes their job much harder, because they can't think of anything funnier or more stupid than what has actually been said.

Armando Ianucci has said that some of the stuff that happened under Trump, Johnson and Truss was far more ridiculous than anything he came up with for the Thick of It.

I don’t really understand why, just because Trump says something, there’s a rush from some people to try and prove him right.

We’re in a situation where pretty much the entire scientific and medical communities have come out and said he’s talking nonsense. Even RFK stood next to him looked concerned about what he was coming out with.

Yet still people want to dig up old articles from years ago that, at best, say more investigation is needed. And guess what happened when they did that?

Makes a hypothesis and investigate and then say why it’s not or it is

it’s a good thing
What’s not is saying I think or I feel or my opinion is when you have no basic scientific understanding
