I think sunderland have made some good signings , away from the shite that other recently promoted sides have made they've had a proper go
Ultimately it’s only a good thing for new clubs to go up and stay up…just wish it weren’t them 😂

English football in general could do with a few of the promoted teams staying up for once. The closed shop of the last couple of years has been horrendous.

It's the right decision, the rules are if there are 3 or more defenders in the wall the opposition players must be 1 meter away from the wall and remain there until the ball is in play. When the ball is kicked, Guehi is in the wall.

The thing that irks me is they actively go looking for reasons to disallow. They looked at offside, the push then proximity to the wall.

Will somebody please explain to me the point of a short goal kick, playing a 1-2 just for the keeper to hoof it anyway? We did it last Saturday and on Tuesday night too.

Reece James got away with one a few minutes ago. Another foul there (although Eze made a lot of it). Needs to be careful.

But do you think they'd have been so rigourous had it been a team like Liverpool?

100%. And someone needs to break the status quo and stay up. Feel like they could do it.
Absolutely. I watched most of the Sunderland v West Ham game yesterday, just flicking on the scores in between. No way I'd do that for Burnley, Sheff Utd, Norwich, Watford, etc etc. As much as they have some proper odd ball fans with the Jimmy Hill thing and going onto other teams forum after a win rather than celebrating, they make the PL a much better watch.

I do like the see the away fans in matches though, would rather they moved them back to where they were before (or somewhere else).

Chris wood is exactly the type of forward that would flourish here .. that profile
