From the mail, take a close look for a a few time's then read some of comments, one of them referenced that awful attack in northern Ireland with those two soldiers, that had occurred me.

Again spectacularly and intentionally missing the point.

My post was in reference to Pete's on page 1 'Always the brits'. He was trying to be funny about the racists on X or other SM. Not only was it not the time only a couple of hours after the incident, but the fact that someone can revel in the fact it's not someone of the ethnicity that will bait the mouth frothers, is nothing to celebrate or try to win a few likes from. Imo it was ill-judged and unnecessary. Agree it's not all 'thoughts and prayers' and I think you've seen enough of my posting history to know that's not me either, but there is a balance about respect and I deemed his post provoking.

Does so many points being missed ever make you wonder about the lack of clarity with which points are being made? Is that the readers fault or the authors?

Make a point poorly and you will wil have a reasonable chance of getting a less than perfect respose,giving an opportunity to rip in to the responder. Do feelings of superiority follow?
