My weekends are taken up supporting the club. Come to think of it pretty silent on match days aren’t you?
I mean, yeah, on Saturday I was there with my family and friends, so not much time for internet points. You're there furiously messaging Danny Thomas and looking for sausage gifs for most of the afternoon - if you do go to the games, I assume you're on your own and/or on your phone the whole time. Fair enough, it's just not my style.

To be fair, I very, very rarely post on match days. I’m impressed anyone manages to based on A) my phone is almost dead by the time kick off comes around B) how does anyone get signal in a stadium?! C) I talk even less sense after a beer

Watching the game and watching the phone at the same time,you're bound to miss something.
SISU are waiting like vultures for London Wasps to eventually go under (no way can they pay their debt off!) to pick up the stadium AND their training ground. I imagine there’s a long term strategy and that’s getting hold of the Ricoh still before they put a spade in the ground at Warwick university.

This is just speculative as I'm no expert, but would it work for sisu if they waited for wasps to be further in the hole and then buy them? This is what a hedge fund does in many instances. Would they then not get the stadium through buying wasps?
I know but they will have to sell it to someone and it’s probably certain that another franchise would buy it after London wasps go under. I wouldn’t think there would be many takers except city?

I think there’s a chance we’ll end up doing something Warwick Uni just not a stadium. New training ground and academy seems possible. Joint venture with with the uni, club funding coming from the sale of Ryton for housing plus grants.

Don’t agree it will take years if ever to get permission through right up to the Secretary of State as what happened with the Ricoh, it’s all pie in the sky and the whole idea should be binned once and for all.
I thought something in June was put forward in the South Warwickshire local plan with a 100 acre site on university land about an eco park and a light rail service or did I imagine it?
