Exactly and it will get more people behind them....
They can have a statement condemning the indemnity within 24 hours to national media.
I'm sure they know that would annoy wasps more than marching around the town centre though which is why they ignore it.
But if it does galvanise the fan base, everyone is behind whatever action is taken it doesn't matter what banner it's under just that we all agree (or the majority do) surely?

When are people going to get a grip and see that protests immediately outside the Ricoh or, worse still, inside , won't work.
Some wasps fans will say " fuck off" and then what ? Nothing.
Hit wasps where it hurts. Stop them from parking for god's sake. Stop them from getting to the Ricoh in the first place.

Wasps have been shown to be sensitive to bad publicity. A fair few of us on Twitter are trying (without success) to push the Trust towards making a national media statement referring to the indemnity clause and condemning Wasps.
But they’re not going to do it. There’s clearly an agenda. They bullshit, sidetrack and ignore pertinent questions, preferring to retweet people that sympathize with their agenda.
CJ’s polls are pointless. A protest outside Wasps is not going to have much impact...and will more likely to hurt us as an online community voice if we don’t show up in large numbers. Plus, if it’s Trust approved, it’s going to be a softasshit message, not a real statement of substance.
Getting to the media about the indemnity and putting Wasps in a hotspot is the best course of action imo

Genuinely think we should be open minded about this. There have been positive steps today...CJ has put the polls out, he's engaging on Twitter and has confirmed he is speaking with Pete.
A few weeks back we were all disillusioned with the Trust and one of the main drivers there was their lack of communication. Lets take these steps and see if we can move forward.
A protest might not achieve anything. A national statement condemning Wasps might also...not achieve anything. There's nothing wrong with going at it from different avenues.
Lets see how we get on.

It has been spoken about lots of times on here that Wasps need to be the target at the moment as they are the obstacle to us playing in our home. A protest both inside and outside, providing it is backed by sufficient numbers could be the catalyst to them being forced to answer the questions about why we are being made to play in Birmingham. If the game chosen for the protest was on the TV even better. Imagine the racket that a few hundred City fans could make through out the eighty minutes and the publicity that would raise by having it broadcast nationwide. This is surely an effective way of getting to the media and putting Wasps in a hot spot. As for not going into a Wasps game, the purpose surely justifies being there.

Nope, I've been open minded about them long enough. They lie to fans, bullshit, distract and do anything they can to avoid criticising Wasps.
It took us a couple of days to have a statement drawing attention to the indemnity. Why have the trust found it so difficult to do in 9 months? There is an agenda and it is only those who share the agenda or are terminally naive still believe a word of it.

Exactly nothing worked that the trust tried against sisu statements a many protests also nothing changed.
Why would it bother wasps Ritchardson from the same mould as Joy neither want to give in neither care about the club they own.
Hopefully Wasps go pop and we win by default, only way I can see progress.
Their real problem is that the bubble has burst they now have a 32,000 seater stadium with a paying fanbase smaller then the City and half the amount of games.
How long can they carry on like that?

Another year away and what sort of shape would we be in? This seems to be an opportunity to get the issues raised. CT and CWR could hardly ignore the protest. You could be right and it could be futile. On the other hand it may be the catalyst. What is there to lose?

The purpose and the possibility of a successful outcome should surely trump any aversion to attending a Wasps game. Some tickets may be free, don’t buy anything inside. Not as if we would be paying attention to the game.
