Start something then and we can boo

Using your logic, if people aren't happy with the club we have already. They should just start their own rather than saying anything?

I see David 'nothing to do with the trust' Johnson is part of the two man trust team, with Moz, that has gone in for a meeting with the EFL.

We’re knocking the very people who are set up to protect the club and have the influence to do something.

They’ve not shown one shred of protecting our club, but the media keeps giving them air time. It’s clear that Moz Baker is clearly the wrong spokesperson. He’s too invested in the other parties in this saga to give a shit about our club.

CJ doesn’t know why the people applauded, but when our own trust refuses to condemn them and even previously praise them is it any wonder? The trust isn’t fit for purpose and should either go and represent Wasps fans or stop speaking for Coventry fans because they’re doing a crap job of it

Do you really not understand the issue people have with the Trust?

Today is a good example, as you say it is supposed to be 'targeting all parties'. What has actually happened is a 5 min stop at the council house to wave SISU out banners, wearing SISU out t-shirts while being wished well on their protest at SISU HQ later in the day by Duggins. Absolutely no pressure put on him to do anything or explain his recent actions.

Then on to the Ricoh to pressure Wasps. Less than 5 mins there where a chap is sent out to say they will refuse to even talk to the club. Again SISU out banners and t-shirts. Again no pressure to answer difficult questions before giving him a round of applause.

Off to London to SISU HQ. SISU out yellow vests are issued, Johnson and his cronies are in sleeping bags on the pavement, SISU out chants, banners and t-shirts. Unfortunately, as predicted, nobody from SISU is there so they're protesting to no-one.
Perfect summary!

Starting a new club it seems.
So what's the play

And this is why the 'do something yourself' response is ridiculous. The trust are supposed to represent fans and have a status that opens doors and gets media coverage. Does anyone really think it 4 or 5 of us off here went up to the council house or the Ricoh we'd have Duggins or anyone from Wasps there to greet us or the Telegraph and BBC Midlands following us around?

There will be some nice handshakes and a pot of tea here too. Once again only pressure on SISU who weren't even there!

I stopped reading when you said you stopped paying attention. If you're going to argue something without enlightening yourself to the facts of the situation then you're an irredeemable moron.

I stopped paying attention to it several pages in. You wouldn’t even read my post in full. Not sure what point you think you’re making but I answered your post in good faith and honestly. You’re closing sentence is ironic to the extreme given you’re doing exactly what I did with said thread. If anything you’re worse. I at least gave it a good few pages before I stopped “enlightening” myself with facts, you’ve stopped without reading one post in it’s entirety. We can have a conversation about it if you want to but if you just want to label someone an irredeemable moron for displaying the same behaviour as yourself then we clearly haven’t got much to talk about.

'The play', IMO, is to pressure Wasps. But that's been stated over and over again as the most likely route to still having a club and that club playing at the Ricoh next season but has been consistently ignored.

Some suggested it was being ignored as there was a fear of upsetting Wasps with another push for ownership change on the horizon but that was shouted down as conspiracy theory rubbish.

So have you put yourself or your friends up to be spokesman of the trust ,do you go any of there meetings I haven't and I don't , or do you just come on here having a go at them for a anti Sisu stance but offer no alternative ,like I said do something and I and many others will support it

Multiple alternatives have been suggested, but as CD stated. 3 or 4 randomers at the council offices are not going to attract media attention - The Sky Blues Trust unfortunately does

Not sure if that was aimed at Chief or Nick, but I suspect none of us feel the trust in it's current form is representative of us and the people running it have too much self-importance attached to their roles to relinquish them. If the trust disbanded, reformed and was representative (by annual subscription so we knew who they genuinely represented, not who they claimed to) and took ideas on board rather than pretending to care and pedalling their own agenda (similar to the other parties involved) then we'd be more likely to sit up and take notice or support what they did. They don't represent me, I disagree consistently with their position, but they'll carry on regardless.

You can’t even applaud them for the effort they’ve put in today. Yet you give SISU a free pass on making sure no one was there to see anyone from the trust, would it really have hurt them to invite Moz and CJ up if only for a quick chat?

No one is giving a free pass, but given the difference in hostilities could you blame them? You’d have David Johnson up in Joys face with a wasps flag and a banner shouting “sell our club, sisu out a Jimmy hill way” rather than the back slapping applauding morons at Wasps and The council
