This is how many loan deals work nowadays. Chelsea will be paying his wages, we will be contributing. If he starts then we pay nothing, if he is on the bench we pay a percentage, if he is not in the squad then we pay a larger percentage however i doubt that this would be %100.

Which my point in the first place. Theirs is just a stadium, the Ricoh has a lot of extra facilities which makes me think that it would be valued at more. As for the casino , the stadium owners would be only claiming rent for the casino not gambling profits.
