    Tidy little striker, similar stature to Tony Cottee. Was a steadish type of player, all rounder type. - good squad player rather than nailed on 1st choice. However played at top level to be fair, United and then Norwich were very strong at that time. Quite profilic at Rotherham I think also.

    Deserved. Stoke were honking. superb first 30 minutes, was almost too easy then just switched off. Horrible grind 2nd half. all that matters is 3 points now.

    Some take this, wow. On robins, old ground, he’s a legend, a proper legend for what he achieved. Things can end but doesn’t need to change what went before or the need to pick holes in him. Lampard success is broadly from MR et al foundations.

    Yep 2nd this, good friend has been working on pitch for branding etc with club - as above in terms of detail and more (can’t say too much about detail) but mental considering where we were even 3 years ago. All good stuff.
