Well done all...... had a few from my training group do the Cov half (i think one came 6th), and there were three from the club at the London Marathon (quickest time 2:30) Talking of hot weather..... its now less than 4 weeks til i go to Sicily for the European Masters Mountain Running...

Hardly bottled it. On paper a draw in the final game and we're in the playoffs. (although i suspect we might need a win) Doubt we'll make it through the playoffs if we get there, regardless of form going in.

Konjic basically decked Chris Sutton in front of the West Terrace, after receiving loads of rough treatment all games. Stuff today does pale in comparison really.

I remember hearing "you're going home in a St Johns Ambulance" in the West Terrace occasionaly late 90's. But don't remember ever hearing the other two, and i've been going since 92. Referee's a wanker was going well into the 2000's.....

I've really tuned up my diet in the last 6 months..... dropped out cheese, butter/marge, all bread, crisps, biscuits. I've seen no difference in the scales either (although i am probably very close to "fighting weight") However the difference in how i feel and recover from hard training...
