At this stage we can't say for certain Southampton will have nothing to play for when they play Ipswich. If Ipswich lose just 1 of the next 4, when they play Southampton Ipswich won't be guaranteed 2nd. They could lose to Soton and QPR on the last day and end up on 84, then it could be down to...

I wouldn't give up yet, there are still 12 points to play for. You will need to beat Ipswich to have any chance, but I have seen lots of surprise results in the last few games of the season in my lifetime. Those 3 away games in 6 days for Ipswich look brutal.
