As I understand it, no points deduction for starting a season in administration. If we come out via CVA, no further deduction. If we come out without CVA, the League return the share by agreement. Such agreement usually includes a further points deduction, such as -15, and other conditions.

I don't know whether that's true but it would be a good thing in England. We have seen far too many Clubs ruined by Get Rich Quick distant owners taking on absurd amounts of debt, paying players more than the Club earns, gambling on success. Hmm, sounds familiar.
