    For me, he’s 25 at the start of the season and easily good enough for most bottom half prem clubs. If I was him I’d be pushing for a move now. Hopefully he stays as I think he’s absolutely quality for this level

    Yeah, with probably a bit more strength and pace about him. I think one of the key things to get right is the off the ball work of any number 9 we bring in. Simms and Wright just haven’t got the ability or willingness to press effectively

    Contract situation with QPR is a bit unclear but I really like the look of Charlie Kelman, looks quick and strong tonight and by far the top scorer in league 1. Only 23

    I think I’d like to see Wright as CF from the start of next season. He’s had a difficult year with his big injury and before that being in the USA squad so started a few games on the bench. If he played 46 games through the middle I’d back him to score 20.

    Didn’t think it was too bad. We walked through the parade in Cov shirts, got plenty of abuse but gave some back ourselves. Didn’t get the coach though which is where I’ve had issues there before. It was terrible by the coaches after the game at the 5-4 game

    Yeah it’s not as easy as some think to move some of these players on. Simms I think will stay as I can’t see anyone paying north of 5m for him, same with Sheaf. Someone will probably pay 10m for Wright id have thought. Not sure anyone’s taking Binks off our hands

    I think they can play together. Sheaf was good tonight. Also we looked pretty good away at Oxford when they were both on the pitch for 45 mins
