Anyone else having a problem getting a video stream option when using iFollow from abroad?

I had the same problem until I changed the symbol in my password to include a # and I was finally able to renew my account. It's worth trying. I had earlier e-mailed them (twice) to report the problem and request help, but of course received no reply.
