I will be returning from holiday on the day of the Stoke away game and intend to go straight from the airport. Assuming I can get tickets, is it possible to pick them up from the Stoke ground? I vaguely remember that uncollected tickets were sent with the Sky Blue coaches, but I've never tested...

BTW, that grab and hold only works if you had 1400+ to start with and want some others at 1200+. If you had only 1200+, you didn't get to the selection page ot grab, so to speak.
