Hull have a pretty favourable run of fixtures in February. If we can maintain the current gap to them and Ipswich and put 3 points between us and Boro by the end of Feb I'd be very happy with that.
It won't happen and it would be too destabilising I agree.
Hopefully with a bit more steel in midfield we might tighten things up a bit.
Just think some of the arguments (not necessarily referring to your post), about individual defenders are a bit like 2 bald men arguing over a comb as...
To be fair, if we're going to drop defenders who have been a liability then the whole back 4 needs changing.
They're not helped by the tactics but they've all been poor individually as well.
I'd say it's,a fairly safe bet they are.
The alternternative is they're just doing their own thing week in and week out which is more insane.
It's a tactic a fair few teams use, but I think our problem is we use it while simultaneously asking the FBs to push up ridiculously high, once we lose...
Jamie's time with us is almost done I think
Harsh, especially given what he's been through but professional sport is harsh.
Outstanding servant to the club.
I could be wrong, but I'd be amazed if JDS isn't under instruction.
Otherwise he's doing his own thing and Lampard isn't correcting it, which I cant see being the case.
Hallelujah!!
No pressure Frank, you've just got to single handedly stem the away day onslaught of the last 2 months and save the hopes and dreams of all the support thus rescuing them from the trauma and crushing disappointment that failure would bring , welcome aboard!
It's been a great 8 or 9 years. And in my opinion, nothing will bring it down quicker than starting to sack managers every time we hit a bump in the road.
