The sooner people realise just how influential Reda Johnson is for Coventry City the better. He is a leader, we lack leaders. He is physically big and strong, we lack physically big and strong leaders. He is a very good footballer, we have very few big strong, leaders who are very good footballers. Yeah, it was from Johnson himself and what Pressley was referring to when he went on his "banished" rant:
"Asked about the FA Cup dressing room incident, Johnson revealed for the first time what happened and that he was one of three players involved.

He wasn't injured when he got the captaincy taken off him, it was taken off him after the Worcester match.
