Can someone please enlighten me to what he brings to the team?
I'm not slating him but I don't see what Pressley sees in him he plays at least 5 shocking passes per game to give the ball away. He's not a dead ball specialist, an not the best at timing a tackle. There are many times the shot looks a easier option but he'll turn an play a pass. I like the lad an this is league1 but I don't see it especially when Pressley says he's dynamite on his day.

He is in theory a play-maker - and he did that very well last season. He is clearly out of sorts this season.

Trouble is Del boy there is no else and certainly no one better than fleck. He isn't having a great season and imo he looks overweight. This doesn't help.

I think he has lost a fair bit of weight, he certainly moved well when he took the yellow card to get to their player.

I do agree he is the pick of the bunch and I do see him as should being the creative spark for the team but it ain't happening for the lad. He should be getting a few goals a season for the ability he's shown at times. I can put up with the bad passes if he was to show a bit more desire to get his head up an have a shot at goal.

Sorry pal..... Ha ha. It's right, will he sign a new contract... I ain't fussed if he don't. Has he really done anymore than the rest in midfield. My opinion is no, possibly has the capabilities to do so but is not performing like he should

Fleck should walk into any league 1 team so why is he playing so poorly? Lack of options up front is one as is the way we play always looking to keep the ball playing it sideways and backwards rather than playing forward. Fleck is hamstrung by his managers tactics

Valid point that, but on the odd occasion we have caught teams out an broke with fleck on the ball whys he not opted to have a go at them himself? Or times the shots been on for him he's opted not to shoot.
I'd like to see him take more shots.

Fleck is really starting to infuriate me. He creates absolutely nothing anymore. Although I have to say O'Brien frustrated me more today. The midfield needs a complete overhaul.

I'll rock the boat an say I don't mind Webster, he's the least of my issues with the ccfc squad. Yes milk turns quicker than him but he does the simple things an that's all I'm bothered about. Get rid of the ball to midfield for them to create..... Well in a ideal world.

Not all of them I don't actually think that Martin can kick the ball and a lot of Webster's passing is a bit iffy and O'Brien gives the ball away a lot of the time

Take fleck out of the team and there is no creativity at all. He played fairly well today , plays better with Thomas in the team.
eHis defensive play is very good he gets back and defends, strange people do nt see that, all people seem to see is the bad passes,
not the good passes. He looks up with the ball at his feet unlike JOB and can nt be blamed when theres no forward outlet for him.
As for getting forward well he did lots of that for Rangers , very attacking, not his role in this team tho,wish it was.
Seems he s this seasons boo boy for some.

Problem with flecks bad passes is that's what we're left to remember as due to tactics or loss of form restricting him. Their is no passes that stand out to show his ability at this level that we no he's capable of. I think he should be our creative midfielder as he's the only one that's suitable on the books at the minute. Maybe he should be knocking on pressley's door telling him he is stopping flecks game.

This is what a lot of people do when the whole team is playing badly, people focus on our better payers as they expect more from them. Then when those players leave they go and have stormed elsewhere, whilst we are left struggling as they are replaced by players with less quality.

The question should be if Fleck leaves who will he be replaced with???

He's a very frustrating player. I liked him but this season he's been poor. Wish he'd just up his game. And shoot more often. He's got to score one time, right?
