You're no good, do the right thing and resign, plenty of Scottish League teams that would want you.

Suggest you take a reality check & book in for a course of 'Anger Management'.

By the way, Have A Nice Day'! PUSB

What is the reality?

In reality we are effectively playing 6 men in defence with Finch and Barton while 2-0 down...

pressley isn't a manager..let alone a coach he is way out of his depth, problem is he is fully on board the sisu sinking ship.
The club is a joke and the season is over already

I think SP needs to either drop down to U18's Manager or leave, he's good with youth but he's shit at managing a club!

Feared the worst when i saw the team. I say it every single week but where are the goals coming from in that midfield. The sooner we give up on Barton and Fleck the better. We cant afford to have two passengers.

The last 2 i/2 seasons that midfield 5 has scored 16 goals, ie they are about as rare as our penalties, there is no threat other than maddison - barton fleck finch together is too negative and all play too deep

Barton and Fleck are not the problem, a clueless buffoon in charge where there should be a manager is the problem.

I sat here not long ago and said that he deserved more time, but unfortunately enough is enough, no discipline, no plan a, let alone b, c or d! It's time to go now and bring someone else in, enough is enough.

Just wait for these:

"Who would come here"
"His hands are tied"
"This is what happens when you dont get money to buy players"
"He hasn't been able to sign anybody"

i remember many on here saying "lets give him till xmas"

Well, we are at Xmas...

Unless there's something we don't know about (e.g.: Waggot picking the team, budget not what we think or something similar) then I think he has to go. I'm not a fan of keep changing manager but we're getting worse. It's like the Thorn relegation season all over again, we seem to be sleepwalking into a relegation battle and if / when we end up in the relegation place have we got enough experience in the squad to get back out of it?

The fact we are three points off relegation at Xmas, with this squad, in this league, is nothing short of disgraceful. Pressley should have gone weeks ago, yet I still have the feeling that he is here to stay for the foreseeable future.

I so much feel like punching Linnel in the face.

Sideways Pressley has to go (even though we're got him until we go down)

What do people expect?
We have been the worst run club in the country for 15yrs or so now. A manager who isn't the best by any stretch but doing his best with what he has. A team full of players that are either not good enough, on loan or 12 month contract which is effectively loan anyway.
How many managers have we had since relegation from the premiership, they cant all be rubbish.

and remember, even Pressley himself said this season is a promotion challenge

He needs to go and here's why:

Tactics are woeful. Distance between midfield and Madine is crazy, mainly because both of the central midfielders are just in front of the defence and the tempo is so slow.

Nobody really understands his 'Coventry way', I think he tries to keep it to 0-0 until 70 minutes, then tries to use our "superior fitness" to try grab a goal. Only problem is that we rarely hold out.

Keeps changing his mind. 5-3-2, 4-4-2, 4-5-1, don't think any will work with such a weak midfield.

Movements in the transfer window have been mind boggling. Signs 6 strikers and plays 1 up top, while not addressing central midfield, which was clearly a problem.

Outwards, let our only midfield outlet in baker go and players who play better when they leave (Clarke).

Man management. Puts players in a "bomb squad" then subsequently brings them back in when he realises his signings are just as bad, can't go down well with the players.

Record. Think that speaks for itself.

And if anyone says 'nobody can do any better at this club', Robins managed play off form with Edjenguele in defence, that is all.

Think this is a big part of it. He seems to fall out with a lot of players. We've had players leave only weeks after signing, that's not right and it doesn't happen at other clubs. You can look at the bomb squad and the Baker situation - he might have got the outcome he wanted but handed both situations badly in my opinion.

That was the Thorn argument, we might as well keep him as nobody could do better with the players he had. That worked out well.
