Call him Jim O'Brienho if it makes you more excited.

Never heard of him but that's not a problem. Pressley knows what he is doing.

One of those special Irish that was born in Dumbartonshire Scotland and who will now be representing Scotland (not sure in what my Eurovision after the referendum)

Although O'Brien represented the Republic of Ireland at under-19 and under-21 levels, he opted to switch allegiances and represent the nation of his birth, citing a chance to work with Craig Levein, who he also worked with while at Dundee United.[SUP][9][/SUP]

Right, lets start spending a bit of cash on a couple of decent players who might actually make a noticable difference to the side.

Might be wrong but if you watch the YouTube highlights of Danny Swanson, in the first clip where he comes on as a sub, he replaces this guy.

2 wingers, a good start.

if callum goes lets hope we see at least 1.5m for new players to allow pressley to reshape squad.

pressley has learnt from manset, he looks at mentality too now so i would imagine our 2 new wingers will be hard workers and pressing hard when not in possession.

Yeah he does, Swanson suffers with depression and doesnt like large crowds, perfect fit for city

Another coming back from injury.

Seems decent enough, right level certainly.

I'm just going to do this once as I realise how pious it is;

Mental illness is a serious disease and deserves respect and understanding. Many many great people were depressives and it's a seriously misunderstood illness.

As of 5 April 2013, O'Brien has scored 5 and assisted 8 goals for the Reds.[SUP][8][/SUP] In May 2014, O'Brien rejected a new contract offer from Barnsley after revealing his ambition to play for 'a top 4' club. "I've definitely got what it takes to succeed on a bigger stage" said O'Brien.
From his Wiki.

I'd say someone made this up...

So not possible to be a different ethnic origin and be born somewhere else because parents decided to move I suppose.

Are you an English cricket selector? It is my personal view the place you are born is who you represent (slightly different if you are born on an army base). The argument here is the lack of imagination Pressley is showing there are perfectly good Welsh, Irish or even English players out there I am sure.

Crumbs, that's 2 just off the treatment table. We all know how Barton fared after he came to us...The 'potential' Liverpool and Chelsea were looking at had all but disappeared. Here's hoping this pair can go from strength to strength.

But I guess its the right time to be leaving the treatment table in time for pre season (has it started yet?)
