I'm appalled by the succession of negative threads being continually posted on this site.

Just reading is enough to make everyone depressed, why some of you bother to wake-up in the morning baffles me.

Players, managers & owners come and go but we're all here for the long haul and my support and passion continue and always will.

Supporters are far more important than owners, councils, stadium operators or catering companies and we are where we are because of the intransigence of the majority of the individuals involved.

Why have so many lost sight of the reason we're supporters of both the manager & team and concentrate solely on the ownership of our club?

A quick look around at what's happening at other clubs would allow you to see that we are by no means in a unique position (Leeds, Newcastle, Hull, B'ham. etc. etc. etc.).

SP is moving us forward and although he'll need all the powers of his persuasion to convince players to sign, I have every faith in him to deliver! PUSB!

Well that's all just dandy but I'd quite like a team to support!

Work, wives, children and a life beyond a sport...

Life is the reason why!

Do you not see it much?

How you still expect people to be happy whilst we're playing in a Town in the East Midlands, even though we're a City from West Midlands, baffles me.

He will need to be the best manager in the country to replace 3 players who scored 50 goals. If he is sucessfull at sixfields he will be gone next season.

Time away from wasting my weekends watching shite has made me realise I've got better things to do. I'm more than happy thanks.

I've been watching some entertaining football and hopefully will continue to do so.

If that's all I was bothered about I would support a premiership team. However instead I decided to support my "local" team.

Now my sole reason for supporting Ccfc has been taken away from me by a daft cow who doesn't understand football, you might allow me to feel a tad annoyed.

Maybe when you realise how much most of us feel our loyalty has been betrayed you won't make insensitive posts such as this.

It's your choice, why cut off your nose to spite your face?

Just get on with it, the manager & team are far more important to me than anything else. PUSB!

My family are far more important to me than anything else.

If I'm being honest Ccfc are way down my list of personal priorities.

I say this now out of kindness, but dont make Ccfc your life. For one thing they may not be around for much longer, and from the impression you give on here, I dont think you would be able to cope with such a loss.

SP is moving us forward ?

we are about 10 players lighter than we were 2 months ago, lost pretty much all of last seasons goals and pre season starts tomorrow

i'd dread to think what would happen if we were going backwards

Worth remembering that last season was the clubs lowest finish since 1959 #movingforward

This time last year our awareness of Wilson, Moussa or/and Clarke's scoring ability was not clear. Wilson had had a terrible injury hit season. Moussa was under performing at many clubs and was starting to join the 'journeyman's' brigade and then we had Clarke who hasn't settled at any club but was a revelation at CCFC.
But, why were they successful? Of course the players have skill but it is bigger than that. It is down to SP and his style of play. They thrive on it and complimented each other. Will that happen to any of these three at other clubs? I doubt it as most clubs wont change their philosophies to match these payer, as SP did.
I think if SP can bring in a number of players and instill his philosophy we are in for a good season.

Hopefully.

I remember them playing that at HR in the final premiership season and look how that turned out!

Get a life pal. There is more to life than blindly following someone that is taking the piss out of you.
I bet TF looks down on you light dog shit and you smile back at him as if he's your mate. Get some balls.

Yeah - want you need to do is shake a fist at him.

RFC, go away. Our club is at it's lowest ebb ever and we are on the verge of selling our best player after losing our previous 3 best players? Clarke, Wilson, moussa and Christie all gone.

SP will be next and you better believe that. The liquidation has began and asset stripping is underway.

RFC leave me alone and let me be heart broke about my beloved team. It's broken and fallen. You go to sixfields and enjoy it but leave us alone. Please. You are winding me up and others. Please stop.

Leeds, Newcastle, B'ham, Hull all have issues but these issues are tiny towards ours. None of these teams play 35 miles out of there city and all have a decent squad to start the season B'ham have signed 12 players - all our best players are gone and the very best Wilson just about to leave -nothing i can see to cheer - SP also privately must be getting completely disillusioned like us all

Today of all days is not the time for your 'superfan' bullshit. Take your cock out of sky blue Sam's fat arse for one second and take a look at the reality of the situation! The club is in a critical state with no future!

RFC stop telling me to cheer up. It patronizing and factually wrong. Who do you think you are?

I'm quite happy as it is. Might be one of the once paying fans that has now found different (feels better at the mo) things to do with my hard earned.
If we were back at the Ricoh, I might be tempted back, but it would take a lot. Either present owners doing a completed U turn, not just coming back to the Ricoh, but re-engaging with the fans and making me feel part of a club, as other football clubs do. TF/JS yes we were a club, not a franchise. Or new owners. If the latter they would have my un-questioned support for 3 years, when I would the review and see if I enjoy it or just go out of duty.
