Who do you think will win the JR based on the proceedings so far?

Seems to me that the EU should've been notified, but also that most of the allegations of poor decision making Sisu are putting forward are pretty weak and merely matters of opinion (e.g. the Joy The Debt Specialist line). So (and I have no idea if this is a possible outcome) Sisu will "win" in that the loan will be found to not have followed process. But no damages awarded as council were within their rights to make the loan.

My honest guess is that CCC will win this round, SISU will appeal and some drunken old judge will appear from nowhere for the having had his palm greased with silver by Timmy boy (allegedly). SISU will win the appeal, and they will be awarded the Ricoh as a damages settlement. The members of the CCC will be tarred and feathered and led through the town by Grendel, being booed by jeering crowds and the lady godiva statue will be replaced by a statue of Joy (complete with umbrella and magazine).

Well that's what Joy dreamt last night anyway (allegedly).
