Just been reading some of the really sad threads on here and can see that Coventrys supporters are drifting away from the club. This is a disaster.

I'd now suggest its time for the Sky Blues trust to give Sisu an ultimatum which is move home or we will look to start again with another club at the Ricoh (assuming ACL backing)

This can't go on any longer. If it does there will be no Coventry because there will be no fans. This is not written as a pro ACL/ anti Sisu post but actually we need to face the reality of the situation hardly anyone is watching CCFC. There is fan drift. And we need a permanent solution

Is there any feasibility to this ultimatum? There would need be something solid first to prevent bluff being easily called, surely.

We are fast reaching crisis point I believe. Not a popular view and not something I have agreed with but a phoenix club seems to be fast coming the only option. I would leave Coventry City and those 1000 or so
shite going to Sixfields to rot in Northampton, sad I know, contraversial I know, but as we are I see only relegation this season and dropping out of the Football League next season, if you don't think that can possibly happen I suggest you look at poor old Pompey..

By the way if we did drop out of the FL where would that leave sisu and their million pound bond with the FL to get back to Cov ? Sisu will do anything not to pay that and wouldn't give a toss what league we are in.

I presume that you would expect the newly formed club to be paying the same rate that CCFC were offered by ACL? Also having no access to any revenue apart from ticket sales too?

i doubt they would be happy. if the Sisu out element disappears for good who are they going to bring the club back to? the sixfields 1500? if thats the case we may as well form a pheonix club now as CCFC is already gone in all but name.
