Erm allegedly trying to oust Sisu, we won't know until the end of the Higgs court case if the Higgs were. At the moment we only have Sisu making the allegation and no comment either way (which doesn't imply innocence or guilt) from ACL, the Higgs, or the Council.

Who knows? There were no shortage of suitors when we were in administration. The following is a list of clubs that have entered administration since the millennium:
Hull City, Halifax, QPR, Halifax, Bradford, Notts County, Barnsely, Port Vale, Leicester, York, Derby, Ipswich, Wimbledon, Darlington, Bradford, Wrexham, Cambridge, Rotherham, Crawley, Boston, Leeds, Luton, Bournemouth, Rotherham, Halifax, Darlington, Southampton, Stockport, Chester, Northwich Victoria, Farsley Celtic, Salisbury City, Weymouth, Crystal Palace, Portsmouth, Plymouth Argyle, Rushden and Diamonds, Darlington, Port Vale, Coventry, Aldershot
The ones of or around a similar league level to us over the last couple of decades I have marked in bold. Of the 9; it's us and Portsmouth that have fared worse, post-administration. The other 7 have gone onto bigger and better things. That's a 7 out of 9 chance. Even roll in Hull if you want, as they're up there with regards league position, but seemingly owned by a megalomaniac. As a betting man, I'd take that. Not saying we shouldn't care who buys us; just saying that statistically, there is a chance we could do better.
I've no doubt that - according to type - you'll now nit-pick slight differences between us and any of the list; as opposed to even trying to see there may be other possibilities

It only works in Germany because all clubs have to adhere to it. All clubs where the fan ownership had the majority share in England are league two or lower.

That's true - BUT - as with German businesses, it's a successful ethos, and shrewd business practise. As with works councils, and co-determining policies - allowing unions to shape and influence the direction of the business. I work for a German business with a turnover ranked in billions; and I tell you it works. And I don't need to lecture anyone about the success of German businesses.
In the same way, their football teams are well run. Yes, they have to adhere, but it's ingrained in any case - as it is with their businesses. Tell anyone over there a third tier team operates at player costs in excess of turnover, and they'll spit out their weissbier in astonishment. It's got less to do with legislation; and more to do with their understanding of good housekeeping
So strong governance then, as well as self regulation. Over to you FL and FA!

Exactly, the FA, FL and PL have let our English game go to ruin by pouring money in, skewing the funding so much that clubs feel compelled to gamble in order to getting into / staying in the PL.

Their is no offer on the table untill they build a new ground, "Lab has divided the fan base into two categories, those interested in bringing the two parties together to find a solution", so no new stadium as the two parties can only come together at the RICOH

Alternatively, you could read it that as the Trust move to a position closer to engagement rather than confrontation, and thus to a position that can be supported by a higher percentage of fans, and thus give them a greater legitimacy in dealings with the club and a greater need for the club to actually consult a major fans' body to satisfy the league they are 'consulting'... it suits to play on the idea of confrontation.
You could, in fact, say that the current 'softly softly' approach works far better than anything before, if the aim was to show up certain elements of our owners as belligerent oafs...
And if not, they haven't closed the channels of communication.

You are right, but surely the ability to work with the club is essential.
It's fine to disagree with them and want them out but you also need the ability to be able to communicate with them and clearly that has broken down.
But then, it seems, most fans are happier protesting and mud slinging and are not interested in constructive talks with the aim of bringing the club home.

Normally we would want someone with the ability to work with the club. But the only people that SISU will allow to work with the club are the ones that won't ask the questions that need to be answered. What is the use of communicating with the club if the communication is one way? This is why it keeps breaking down.
Most fans happier protesting and mudslinging? Not at all. There may be one or two that enjoy that sort of thing. Just like there are one or two that seem to enjoy doing the same to CCC. None of this helps. But there are questions that need to be answered. And they seem to be happy to alienate us fans just for the reason of not answering a few questions.

What colour seats would you like?
What sort of pies would you like?
Does the picture of our new stadium look nice?
Fans question to SISU
What are the finances of our club like and how will it affect FFP?
Answer

It's my understanding that nothing would happen because the club aren't owned by SISU.
SISU Capital are fund managers who manage investment funds on behalf of clients. Clients put money in and SISU invest it on their behalf and get their fees for doing so and (presumably) giving investors a return on their money.
If SISU go bust their investment funds should still remain. So we should be fine. The investors in the fund would have to appoint new fund managers.
It should be said that there's not much chance of SISU going bust. They're successful at what they do (or have been historically) and their business model works well for them.
