I don't particularly care if they're English or not. As long as they take care of the club, fund it well, treat the fans like they should be treated and actually know what they're doing, I couldn't care less where they're from

A work colleague of my just did a UK border Life in UK test to get a permanent Visa in this country. Maybe the FA and FL should give a similar test related to what football is all about in this country to potential new owners. If they pass they get a green light to run the club and if they fail send them packing.
