Never post on here but always on the site but im just so fed up with all the crap gong on with the council sadly I have to admit SISU are the ones in control here as they own the club & im starting to side with them I hope they build a new stadium (on the outskirts of Cov) & I hope they get the club going forward. They could quite easily just close this club down which is the easy option & the council don't really seem that fussed so in my mind they don't care about the fans so screw them they can have a nice empty stadium which will just lose money!

Now im not one if these fans that goes to Northampton I have not even gone to away games this year & i was not a SISU supporter all I want is to watch my team win, draw or lose on a Saturday in what ever division there in I cant handle watching Soccer Saturday without my club there anymore!!!!

So should the Council gift Sisu the stadium ?

No they should not gift them the stadium but its obvious the council don't want to deal with SISU they cant work together so we need to move past the RICOH now & build a new stadium that hopefully we can call ours cos the RICOH was never our home anyway as we were only renting it

What in practical terms do you want the council to do?

Do you mean like the new stadium will be SISU/OTIUM owned and we (CCFC) will rent it from them???

So no change what so ever to the ACl deal then.

And the alternative is??

He genuinely wants the ground. To be honest, I got the impression at the ST meeting that more than one might think do.

Still, standard question applies: What benefit to CCFC is there of a freehold/new stadium deal over a long term lease with access to revenues?

Surely everyone can agree on something like a 99 year lease that's already been mentioned, access to food drink, car park and concert revenues etc and a peppercorn rent . What is the problem

Neither side want that - that is a big problem.

Nothing they have had there say SISU want to buy but the Council want to rent so theres no option but to build a new ground or SISU could decide to move the club elsewhere MK style or close it down as the club alone is worth nothing
