So what happens next ? (2 Viewers)

We have had the initial long awaited meeting between the 2 top honchos, so, what happens next ?.

In the red corner we have Ms Sepalla who for her team has the authority to make the ultimate decisions, stick or burst, deal/no deal or.
In the blue corner we have Mrs Lucas, can talk but not make any decision without authority from council meetings, that's the full council, all parties, something that Les Reid bloke doesn't seem to understand.

In a way Sepalla has the upper hand as she can trot news out as she wants and what she wants, Lucas can't. Next week or so will be interesting to say the least. We will have to endure Reid's guesswork I suppose, perhaps one day he might get it right.

In all probability nothing happens next. SISU want the Ricoh for nothing and the council won't give it to them for less than market value.

Well they offered less than nothing last time, so nothing would at lease be movement in the right direction.

Council held CCFC hostage with shoddy Ricoh deal!
Never trust MP's running the club!
Now Sisu do the same in Northampton, no Ranson(m) could save the day!
Both as bad as each other!

Why should Sisu do the council's dirty work, regenerate north cov?
How do Sisu get away from not paying a year's rent?
Both as bad as each other!

Fisher said at the SCG meeting last week that SISU's offer would be less than a tenth of the council's valuation.

Not nothing then

Not nothing then

Well obviously not literally nothing, but in comparison to the actual worth of the thing they are trying to buy.

You know like the amount the paid for the shares in CCFC?

Anyone who thinks SISU will make an offer that is even remotely reasonable or acceptable is living in cloud cuckoo land.

Don't be fooled, the two distressed organisations have been in talks for ages!
Actions speak louder than words!
Reminds me of how the PM robs you from behind while his partner in crime BoJo plays the fool!
