He actually said everyone would be paid in full. Did the conditions placed on them by the FL require them to pay HMRC in full as well as ACL?

That's a later comment than the one I'm thinking off. At one of the fans forums I think he said something about everyone being paid in full. Of course at that time he was also claiming we owed nobody but ACL money.
