Private and Confidential –

Further to all the comments and media attention, discussions have taken place to bring sides together and as a result, a meeting has been scheduled for Thursday 8[SUP]th[/SUP] of August 2013 at 10.30hrs (venue to be released to only confirmed attendees), to aim at bring together all parties so that all relevant can sit around the table under CHATHAM HOUSE RULES to bring about a resolution to this problem.

The only people being informed of this meeting are the people listed as invitees below. Therefore, should this email or meeting leak out, it will be deemed that the person leaking details of the meeting, does not wish the meeting to succeed.

Furthermore, the parties involved and spoken to so far, wish to have a frank and open discussion (hence CHATHAM HOUSE RULES) and make sure everyone will be adult and sort things between everyone with NO LAWYERS present.

- People (at either my request or requested by some of the attendees) to be invited are:-

o ACL – Jackie Issac
o Arvo – Name of representative/s to be confirmed
o Ex-Coventry City Football Club Player (name to be confirmed)
o Coventry City Council – Leader and Deputy – Cllr Lucas and Cllr Townsend
o Coventry City Council – Management Executive – Martin Reeves and Chris West
o Coventry City Council – Opposition Leader and Deputy – Cllr Blundell and Cllr Allan
o Higgs (Trust and Centre) – Peter W. Knatchbull-Hugessen
o Les Reid – for Coventry Evening Telegraph
o Nikki Sinclaire MEP (and assistant Nicole Carroll)
o Bob Anisworth MP
o Geoffrey Robinson MP
o Jim Cunningham MP
o Michael Byng
o Nick Clitheroe – for BBC Television
o Otium – Mark Labovitch
o SISU – Name of representative/s to be confirmed
o Stuart Linnell – for BBC Northampton and Coventry & Warwickshire
o Upto 3 fans who able to provide sides to the story
o Possibly (if available) a representative from the Football League

ONCE AGAIN NO LAWYERS TO BE PRESENT

As you can see from the list, there is a cross section at various invitee’s request, to make sure all parties are able understand the severity of this situation and make sure that all parties have input to resolve this solution. Thus, the reason that Lawyers have asked to be excluded because it is felt that they do not understand what is situation viewed by each invitee, the media, the people of Coventry and most importantly the fan base. Other factors I have been asked to make people aware of:-

- Total clear the air talks and open talks
- All sides will be able to hear the feedback from the fans and the media – so all sides can understand how you all being perceived
- At the end, a decision will be made on what the way forward is
- What is allowed to be released to the media (if anything)
- All discussions within the room to be done under Chatman House Rules

In summary, I trust and hope that you understand how important this meeting is and that you will attend and be a willing participant in this meeting. Should you wish to discuss this more, please contact myself on 0871 971 1010 or 07908967993.

Looking forward to your speeding response.

This isn't the same meeting Sinclaire is on about is it? Where do we find these idiots from? Does he really think someone that's had no involvement at all can just fire out a letter to a bunch of people and they'll take it seriously and all turn up???

And why would ex players, Les Reid, Byng, Nick Cliteroe, Linnel and a load of fans need to be there. How on earth will any serious business discussions take place with those there. It's more lilke some sort of strange fans forum!

It is all some self publicity shite I think.

He runs a telephone company by the looks of it selling phone lines etc? What a great way to get publicity and twitter followers...

They can't go to his meeting, I've invited them up to the treehouse where me and Vanilla Ice are hosting a soiree.

I want this resolved cc4l but this is not the way that will do it. All for the sides meeting to discuss with independent chairperson, even no lawyers but it doesnt need the circus suggested above

I think Queensbury Rules would be more appropriate.

This guy is a fooking egomaniac!

BTW Ian Stuart Linnell does not work for BBC C+W (his own words)

Obviously there is some with his exact name age and appearance and idiotic views with regards to any matter then that does the radio shows!

Does this idiot really expect sisu to put anything truthful on the record?

He said he doesn't work for the BBC, not that he doesn't broadcast on one of their stations. A lot of people you see on the BBC channels similarly aren't employed directly by them.

Well Les reid is doing a live telegraph blog all morning so he clearly won't be attending. So presumably no one of note is. Is this the same meeting that Nikki MEP posted on her website publicly inviting Ann too?

Exactly. The Shane fella on the breakfast show is a freelance. Loads of them are.
