Nick, I note from the ACL statement on Saturday that allegedly Mrs Seppala made threats to start legal actions galore until she got the Ricoh at her price. So I hope you don't mind me asking but I have you ever had any legal requests demands or contact from SISU/CCFC/Otium/SB&L/AVRO/Wynacre/any other SISU related company or their lawyers?

If you can't answer this for legal reasons then that's fair enough, you can just say "no comment" I won't read anything into the 'no comment' and I'll understand that you haven't made a positive or negative response to this and I'll still be unsure as to the answer and you won't have broken any legal requirements. If you would rather answer this via PM then please delete this thread and feel free to PM me.

Hi,

Nothing formal as such, have had requests from a lot of parties for things to be taken down and looking at the request it was fair enough because of the content in question!

Thank you for the quick reply. Much appreciated as they're about to kick me out of the shopping centre I'm in.

Care to do a google and tell us what sort of thing was taken down on request? If nothing else it gives us a benchmark for acceptable comments.

A Google?

It was things that shouldn't be posted, personal details, threats, company details from a few companies over the years, slanderous comments against a few people.

Yes a Google. They started posting transparency reports of all takedown requests they've had and who it was from. Rather worrying stuff.

Ahh was confused. To be honest I haven't had any formal requests from lawyers so no need, just common sense when things have been spotted before I see them ;)
