Is there the remotest of chances that something will be sorted out before next week?

only glimmer of light is that TF has all along been saying "its done, we have left the Ricoh, we are moving to Northampton". And all of sudden today "we will speak to ACL"

Its prob all PR, but never the less !

Possible.

Now the CVA is out of the way maybe, just maybe, a fresh approach to all this could be made.

slim i would say.

sisu will talk the talk but unless there is a glimmer that they can get one hand on the ricoh ownership it wont happen

agreed

Now the CVA is out of the way, we just have

Liquidation
The litigation of CCC from SISU
The litigation of NTFC from ACL
HMRC

and then we can get on with talking about the ground issue

Fisher said today he would talk to ACL regarding the Ricoh god knows why but I'm slightly optimistic we will be back at the Ricoh SISU are dumb but not that dumb when it comes to working out they can't find a club with no fans playing 35 miles away

No chance at all . If they did it would scupper their plans to distress ACL and pick up the Ricoh for peanuts . Our only hope was for the football league to force talks , that chance has gone now ,too near to the start of the season .
Why do you think a long solicitors letter was sent to FL from sisu and why did Appleton take an age to do a fortnights work ? We've been outsmarted all the way down the line

Its gonna cost SISU a fortune this season to keep us going in Northampton...

All a gamble to hope ACL cant afford to go on...

We are now faced with a decsion, do we support CCC/ ACL / Ricoh Arena to do what best for "COVENTRY" or do we support the muppets who own OUR football team but taken them away...

Hate to disappoint you but the manager bought in to do a job for sisu got the job because he wanted to concentrate on academy players then immediately sacked Highest paid players . That doesn't take much funding
When cries come for more signings Tim will tell you " no one goes to sixfields ,Joy can't be expected to throw money at the club". ACL will collapse ,SISU will step in and buy the Ricoh .

I think he is saying that now knowing that ACL probably won't want to deal with SISU/Otium any more , now he can moan to the press every day how SISU are willing to deal with ACL and ACL are the bad guys and nothing is his fault.
