I note yesterday Bob Ainsworth posted an Early Day Motion (EDM) 444 in Parliament , and he referred to a March/April 2008 Board minutes for Coventry City Football Club Limited which stated the Golden Share, Registration of the Playing staff and various service agreements with the clubs managers and various players vested in the Company. This is consistent with the accounts and if true confirms that SISU knew all the time where the players and league share was, does anyone know who was on the board then? as they should be able to confirm what was in these minutes. Question is do the Football League know and most importantly does Appleton know, as if so they need exposing, if not they need to get a copy and quick. Who from SISU was on these Board minutes?

Those minutes are over 5 years old, now Wood (Nov 2008?) and Bell (Jan 2009) were our longest serving players and signed after that meeting, infact I imagine on Oggy and Rioch(?) were around back in March/April 2008. Not sure how those particular set of minutes can prove transfer of assets given 100% playing staff were signed afterwards and could have been registered in holdings.

Perhaps it's to try and add further proof to the potential lie that Holdings has, in the words of Tim Fisher, "always been the football club".

It also doesn't explain why the last set of published accounts for Limited still contained the significant majority of the football-related activity.

Stupot, keep apologising for these crooks and creating myths as we go over the cliff won't you.

Can you please show me where I have apologised for them? I'm just point out that a set of minutes from 5 years ago proves nothing.

What they prove clearly is that there was a radical change in structure, which SISU kept secret from all other parties.
