If you all issue a joint Stat Demand as it has to be over £750 they have 3 weeks to respond or you can issue a winding up order, just make sure its against the right company!

Just thought about this today. I am not a PSL holder but was thinking that if all the PSL holders got together and sued Shitzu it could amount to thousands of pounds in compo.

Appleton's knows I have paid for my seat. His argument is he wants to know which company I paid my money to!!!! As I have already said I paid CCFC, how do I know which company they paid the funds in to.

Wouldn't it be best for it all to be in holdings, given that it was established in 1907 and was the club during the jimmy hill years and fa cup win? Whereas limited is on 18 years old.

My bank only goes back to August 2007 and guess what i purchased the seat around March 2007. I've still got the certificate which we received from Paul Fletcher which says Coventry City Football Club - no LTD or Holdings - i think everything was under Skyblue leisure then?

Some of the terms and conditions set out on the back of the certificate:-

PSL Application is governed by English Law. The applicant agrees that English courts have full jurisdiction to settle disputes arising in conjunction with their application. Licencees also submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

The Licencee owns the PSL (and its associated benefits) for the LIFE OF THE ARENA, providing they purchase a season ticket.

PSL holders must adhere to the stadium management company - Arena Coventry Ltd (ACL)'s right to alter, improve or upgrade seating areas within the stadium. As a result, licencee's seat information may change. However, licencee's geographic position within the stadium bowl should remain similar.
