First home game of the season avoid northampton and go to the ricoh instead. Cwr can play on the loud speakers for us. Acl might even open the gates to make some money in refreshments.

We could take SISU OUT banners and chuckle at the irony

Do you really think SISU would allow commentary to be used at the Ricoh,? after all they could stop all tv cameras and radio broadcasters if they wish.

we should do an opposite boycott and take 15000 down there. what can they do? police will have to something with 13000 (2000 sisu expecr in the ground) wondering around looking menacing

Think TV and radio rights are done by the league not the individual club but the way things seem to be going the league would probably ignore any rule about that as well.

I think that this will be SISU's last move, by blocking any live radio commentary by any of the local radio stations they will enhance the possiblilty of city fans attending games.

I know that currently the Beeb have the TV rights but not much good if we are to be playing on a Sunday...FFS we hardly feature on the Manish Bastards Football League show as it is!

I recall that Southampton had a fall out with the local radio a few years back and they actually banned them from doing live reports even, less alone full match commentary.

With the "City must stay or SISU must GO" campaign being conducted by the CET I wouldn't be suprised if they don't get the chop soon either!
Nothing to stop a local freelancer doing a covert mobile phone commentary, but then again difficult to stop in a large crowd like at the Ricoh but dead easy to identify, I would guess, in a much smaller environment but I'm sure it would still infringe broadcasting rights or some bullshit.
