Looking at the table after last night and considering games in hand it looks to me like the top 4 are clear now. Bournmouth and Tranmere in 5 and 6 are the ones to catch for us and 3 or 4 others.

Obviously Friday decides a lot.

Pressley has gone unbeaten so far but the real test starts after the Pompey match. The fixtures get noticeably harder after that for a tough run in. That said, we did beat Doncaster 4 - 1 not so long ago!

If Wigan win their game in hand in the prem then the entire bottom half is in trouble. Very exciting stuff

Pompey getting a bit of wind behind them at the moment and we're missing a few regulars so it'll be a close one-were we playing them a month ago it would've been a foregone conclusion. What other teams are doing is irrelevant unless we're winning as many games as possible; too often this season we have squandered games from in front.

I'd take 7 1-0 wins on the bounce followed by another 3. It's all about momentum going into the play-offs so if a strong end of season run gets us there it probably isn't a bad thing that the teams above would have secured it by then.

Aye I did, thought we'd played 37 :facepalm: Looking at the table it's extremely tight but it just goes to show how frustrating our inability to hold onto leads is.

True-it's all up to Fisher to accept an offer that would see our rent fall by £900k and our revenue rise by at least £700k.

It is possible (if other results also went our way) that if we beat pompey, then won at home v donny, we could be 3 points off the top going to Walsall!
