I'm not sure my first thought would be 'let's get the people in who worked with Luton'! Aren't these the people who ran up such huge fees at Argyle it became a stumbling block for any potential sale?

Luton went down because of the 30 point deduction

20 points for their 3rd admin in 10 years
10 pints from the fl/fa for paying agents through a seperate account

Luton have good owners now and are sustainable, just struggling to get back up.

Can't believe admin is even being seriously proposed-it is so damn unnecessary for it to come to this.

Guilfoyle is a legend, he was the man who sacked the hated Blackwel at Luton, after he tried to walk out on the club.:claping hands:

We have our wonderful leaders SISU to thank for that

If Jan is to be believed, Fisher is happy to see the club go into administration for the sake of an extra £200k/year. I have always said, and will continue to, that it is his actions which have put this club into such a dire mess with ACL and has brought it to a farcical conclusion.

Surely the administration fees will be more than 200k though...they're certainly not cheap

Quick look on Google shows the crowd that ACL are proposing charged Plymouth £883,634.70.

Hmm, It leads me to think that the threat of administration may be the real vehicle for ACL to recover the money they are owed. No doubt the cost of admin will be taken out first.

I'm far from an expert in admin but I would highly doubt ACL will get anywhere near what they are owed from administration. Football creditors will be paid in full, SISU via some offshoot who's name I forget put a charge over pretty much every asset CCFC had which I think means they get first shot at that. Have we really got that much in assetts that after that there's going to be anything left for ACL.

I would guess they either hope to push SISU into accepting whatever deal ACL want to offer and paying the arrears or put in a new owner who they think will be preferable moving forward. Of course you would immediately have to ask questions of a new owner that is trying to achieve a takeover without even speaking to the current owner or making a bid to takeover in the usual way. if I was ACL I would be wary of how someone like that would act once they have got what they want.
