Doing the rounds .

Runny nose , sore throat coughing up all sorts . Been the drs told me it’s not an infection just viral so dosed up on paracetamol lemsip and just been the gym for a sauna.

Yeah, 2 weeks before I started to feel better. Missed the Newcastle game because of it . Still got the cough though

No. I had a cold for a week when on holiday, nothing much though.
I got back to wet and miserable blighty and just a few days later I'm totally fine.

Imagine the up and down temperatures/rain will spread a few lurgy, then the rugrats return to school to mix it up more.

Decent curry/chilli with onions and lots of garlic will sort you out
