2x Hull (H) Balcony Bar tickets for sale

sorry for bumping, but I still don’t have an email about the hospitality tickets and it’s the night before the game 🤔 is this normal behaviour??

last time I sat in hospitality a couple of seasons ago I had loads of information sent a while before - as it stands nobody has told me where I need to be, at what time, what’s included etc.. (obviously I know some of this but still..)

I would expect them by now. call the club in the morning they'll sort it.

…interesting - I’ve bought two tickets in Club Cov and haven’t heard anything, no tickets yet, no details, no email about free drinks…..

all a little ‘last minute’ - must do better CCFC commercial team
Apparently that is okay. Please don't complain.. otherwise you might get called "a liar" and a " whiny bitch". I questioned this and received both replies. Not that I am bothered, but apparently you cannot question the club!

They seem to have had quite a big problem with transfers, the functionality for which hasn’t been built into seasonal hospitality tickets, which are locked down like regular tickets. So they have been inundated with questions how to do this, and are having to work late to process these manually. Hence apparent decision to turn off switchboard.

Given that many of these tickets have presumably been bought to invite guests or spread around families, there could be a lot of them.

I’m told they should get through them by the morning. I expect these one-off tickets are just caught up in the same pile.

The staff, whose fault it isn’t, are trying their best from what I can see and working hard to make sure everything is ok for tomorrow.
Always going to happen, released day before, not at all. Don't worry, we have been reassured by the tech wizards, things are fine and dandy!

You should have phoned the hospitality line before 5:30 that's when they close I don't think there'll be open tomorrow morning, you will have to get to the ticket office early and bring some proof of purchase.

So basically, they have ignored callers

Ignored and then told Nick to lie to us posters. its disgusting
Nick said it would be fine. Clearly it isn't. Not having a go at Nick, he does lots of good things, in here, but let's not pretend this was also going to be a shitshow. Day before releases, etc..

Yes the club should provide all pensioners with tickets.Physical ones

Again you miss the point. There are al sorts of problems.. people not receiving tickets, even corporate, can't transfer, etc. I am sorted, do you always post abuse and not listen to people who are genuinely posting..

If they'd released them weeks ago there would still be lots of problems tomorrow. There is the start of every season, regardless of whether they're digital or not. And you can guarantee there'll be a load of people turning up five minutes before the start and then complaining they haven't got in in time for KO.

Of course leaving it pretty much the final day has left them with little wiggle room should there be any issues like someone not receiving their ticket to download or like hill83 with his issues around carer tickets, and that should have been avoidable.

Everyone used to get posted physical tickets. That had it's own problems as we used to see. Items lost in transit or not being delivered to the correct address. The card not working on the day. People losing it or damaging it.

When cards came in there were complaints about why we couldn't just have paper tickets in a booklet to rip out as that had worked fine in the past.

Just having a physical ticket instead wouldn't just solve everything.

Are you serious? Release them weeks ago, ticket office open for 2 weeks, problem sorted. I can't get my head around " last-minute dot com Cov city". It is a nonsense.

They don't need to do that, just sort things a week before. The excuse were, qr codes, not NFC. They could have released them a week ago, ticket office, open for a week. People sort. It, over that week. No problem. Of course there could be problems tomorrow at the gates, but people aren't getting their tickets and even if they are, even corporate, now can't go,club hasn't shown how to sell them. No ticket exchange, etc.

Not going to name names, nothing personal. It was Obvious that it was a shitshow and lots of people bullshiting about " don't worry". Lots of of posts, taking the piss out of people who raised concerns.Like I say, as bad as Twitter. I am sorted, so not about me

orjust release them as well for people who want them

I can guarantee you if they'd released them weeks ago, even giving everyone who wanted one a physical season ticket card, there would still have been problems and delays tomorrow.

How would every single problem be sorted if people had got them two weeks ago and the ticket office was open? There would still be people who hadn't read the instructions or downloaded the tickets etc.. There will be issues at the gate that just won't have been able to have been sorted out by the ticket office in the last two weeks because they'll only become apparent when people actually try to use the ticket.

As I've said there are things which the club could and should have done better and some problems that will arise that probably could have been avoided, but just the idea that all that had to happen was for everyone to have them two weeks ago then it'd have all been sorted out and there'd be no issues whatsoever is just nonsense.

Quite obviously there would have been a lot less problems, more time for people to sort things

They should have sent the tickets a week ago.

Did you not read the email when you bought the tickets it quite clearly said tickets will be sent out the week before the game and if you hadn't received them by the Friday before the game to phone the ticket office, which closes at 5:30 pm.

Do you have a difficulty in Reading?

No problem whatsoever, some people still hadn't received them last night. Is that what they meant, when they said " a week before? ". They are NFC codes, so could have been sent out a week ago, are you simple? People trying to ring yesterday, couldn't get a reply. Nothing new

You didn't even try to phone the club.

To be fair, I did - 15 minute hold but I did get a response from TO.
They were insistent that the email I received early hours y'day morning also included my son's ST - although it wasn't that obvious with initial download. A little more tinkering around at our end and we were able to get his - and transfer it to his own phone.

Glad to hear it. Hopefully everything goes okay today, for everyone and we win.
