A new ground for 99% of the fanbase you would expect so can see the rush being similar, if not bigger than Arsenal for this one before away sales maybe slow down and filter down through the points brackets for the less attractive fixtures/grounds we have played at before

Thank god my Plymouth purchase has just pushed me into the 1600 bracket!

There are usually a few thousand empty seats in the home end up there, especially for games that don’t draw in the tourist crowd who I suspect are largely ignorant to the majesty of Jake Bidwell bombing down the wing.

Starting at 1600 is interesting, because on the latest point tallies it would still get down to 1400 anyway. So maybe they are looking to give people a bit more time than between 10 and 12 to get them.

Currently 2,781 people on 1500+. With a few more that will jump in as a result of Plymouth tickets. But anyone on 1500+ has a good chance of getting a ticket.

Need help lads, 1st time doing this ballot thing and think I've made a mistake I've entered the ballot and could only get one ticket but my son is assigned my account, wouldn't give me the option to apply for 2.
Question is it gives me the option to withdraw the application but if I do will that cancel my opportunity to get one or can I withdraw and try again to apply for 2 if that makes sense.

won't get down to 1400 if everyone buys? there are over 2,700 people with over 1500 points.

When it opens up underneath your name and the 1 was an option to add another person (in small blue letters) I nearly missed it.

But then I also just thought my son is over 1700 (im in 1500s) so no need to put him in i can get his along with mine at 10am Monday if I was sucessful - if not fight it out with the 1500 pointer at 12!

Not sure what happens if you withdraw - it would hope you can enter again up to the ballot closing time but I havent seen it confirmed anywhere!

If you apply for the ballot every game possible how many tickets do you think you’re likely to get over the course of the season? Obviously the 300 who were lucky with Arsenal are banned from this one and the next one so every game from Forwsr onwards should have 600 people who aren’t allowed to buy but it’s unclear how many can actually enter the ballot each time.

Be lucky to get one mate.

That's assuming they don't just drop it straight down to 1400 or even less points, which I think they will do, as they only guarantee tickets to 1600+.

Anyone any idea how many signed up for the ballot membership?

no they won't - it goes 100 at a time

It will be 10am 1600+, then 12pm 1500+ and will sell out at that point.

Well there are 19 away games, 2 of which are Bournemouth and Brentford which if I am not mistaken they will not be using the ballot for

So going off my dodgy mental maths which I am happy to be corrected on, the maximum you could get is 4 away games through just ballots being as you are excluded from the following 3 if you are successful

That's assuming they carry on doing what they usually would, have they released the point schedule for this game yet?

It would only take 80 or so out of the 2781 to not buy a ticket for a few to reach 1400.

I think it's safe to assume they will do what they usually do.

People with 1500 can enter ballot for Man City.
If unsuccessful will they still be able to buy when it drops to 1500 on Monday

I don’t think they’ve ever said. They should be able to surely, because you can’t still buy an away membership can you? So there must be a signed and sealed list of away membership holders. I’d love to know am one of 5,000, 10,000, 15,000 …… manage my expectations of getting lucky!

Good point, but that's not updated with Plymouth points so there'll be a few more than that and I suspect the club holds some back for players to give out anyway - maybe a handful will make 1400. Don't think anyone on less than 1500 got a ticket for Arsenal?

Sorry struggling to find how you enter the ballot? Is there an easy link or do we receive an email to enter as a member ?

In theory a handful made it for Arsenal, but not heard of anyone who was actually sucessful.

Expecting to get two maximum in that case! And no doubt they’ll be Hull and Ipswich.

Brilliant my sons link fill in my details but I don’t want a ticket as I already have one (enough points) so I have to add him and apply for 2 tickets potentially denying someone else the chance to go 🙄

I went there v Palace and the place was rammed. Ugliest entrance you will see but once in...wow. Great selection of pubs and if you say you dislike United you're welcome anywhere 😂
