I often wonder how many hours I've wasted on here over the years, certainly too many to be healthy, but I just looked at the most messages tab on the top and some of these numbers are insane. I feel like I'm always here and 'only' recently hit 20,000 messages in 16 years.

Nick I get as he runs it and Newsbot I'm ignoring, but these are wild and some of the accounts significantly newer than mine. How do you do it?

Going to guess my daily post count peaked during all the stadium / council / higgs / sisu nonsense.

You might think there's disagreements on here now, its nowhere near as bad as it was then!

Tbf to a lot of the high posters, the reactions weren't available for many years when lots of messages would have been posted. @Nick could probably tell us when they were introduced, but anyone who has been on the site for a long time I'd be surprised if they 're high. I guess it depends on your outlook too as anyone who posts messages just to get 'likes' rather than commenting freely I'd be more worried about.

Pretty sobering to be near the top of that list! I used to post ‘normally’ throughout my 20s but the pandemic basically sent me into a pit and the forum was a venting outlet. The habit stuck and has sent my post numbers through the roof.

I’m pretty sure I remember the reaction scores getting wiped when I was in the low tens of thousands anyway.

I was just a watcher of the forum for years, basically just used it to see if people were sticking transfer news on here and to assess the general mood. I started posting regular during the pandemic i believe.
