How many wins will Ipswich get? (5 Viewers)

We just need to calm down. Ipswich are good enough to win their remaining games, although the one away to Southampton is debatable. We're good enough to win our remaining games bar none. We have the points on the table.

1 win for us and 1 defeat for them is enough for the title. They were supposed to easily beat Portsmouth but they couldn't cope with them. It wouldn't be a surprise if they didn't get the points to go past our present total.

80/1 now with SkyBet. Surely even the most pessimistic City fan is on board now.
It's a strange one.

I've been cautiously optimistic since before the season started. I'm still cautiously optimistic now. Football always has a way of kicking you in the nuts though, and Coventry City have had enough of those moments over the years.

We shouldn't fail now. Only one club can catch us but they have the players to do it. It's ours to lose.

If Cov were in the Ipswich position, even at 80/1 you wouldn't touch us with a barge pole but being a pessimistic City fan , Ipswich are tempting at that price

We need 1 win from 4 games realistically to win the league .

Theyd need to win 5/5 at that point and us lose 3

If we never got another point ipswich need to win 4games

Or win 3 draw 1 and hope GD swings it

Its why they are 66/1 or 80/1

Of course. But what can you buy for a fiver these days? It would be like a comfort blanket to a child.

Southampton were 100/1 just a couple of games ago for 2nd place. They're now 2nd favourites at 6/1. We've just failed to beat Sheffield Wednesday and Hull.

I'm not saying I think it will happen because I don't. I didn't think Southampton would do it but it's been worth a couple of quid just in case.

My prediction is 3 more wins for Ipswich v Boro, Charlton and QPR, with a draw and defeat in the other 2 games.

We will mirror the first 6 games of the season (10 points) and finish with 2 wins and 2 draws. The wins will come in the next 2, with some changes made once the title is confirmed.

I so hope that’s correct
We need a swing of 6 points

the problem with Southampton away, it is a few days after their FA Cup Semi Final. I can see Southampton not being at their best. I think our best hope is Middlesbrough discovering where the net is again this weekend.

However it is in our own hands. We need to win it for ourselves.

They will drop points outside of those two games. Mark my words.

They aren’t the best away, except when they played us but we were poor. They aren’t in the best of form performance wise. Birmingham deserved at least a draw if not a win and the Norwich scoreline flattered them.

But we need to do it for ourselves, we don’t need the help of others. It annoys me they did the double over us - they aren’t that good.
