Well at this point he can't be aiming to break Bobby's ankle, which is a yard behind Bobby's back? He's going in for the ball with his foot in the air, so it's a poor challenge but it's not malicious IMO, and that's all I'm disputing. I guess you'll then say he stamps, but I don't think he does - his foot hovers and is halted by being whacked by Bobby's forceful follow-through. He actually blocks Thomas's clearance does he not?

I'm of course aware that I only have opinions, whereas you have facts.
