I am gutted that I’m not going to be able to make it but I’ve been expecting it to be the Sunday for a few weeks. Trophy lift is very likely and Sky will have wanted it to be a big marquee fixture because of that. Plus, putting it as the last game of the weekend increases the chances further. I was praying for Monday night but it never going to be Friday or Saturday.

Truth hurt then?
Mate stop being an insufferable bore. You said originally you weren't sympathetic, I didn't ask for it. Lots on here may not now have the opportunity. But hey the fact they as well as my son have another life where they don't run into clowns like you is great. The only point you have proved is that you still wet the bed now please leave me alone as we are looking for alternative flights.

Sky may be cunts but this game was never going to be on the Saturday at 3pm, even if we weren't about to win the league they would have planned to move Wrexham's last movable game to the Friday or Sunday.

Selfishly happy. I’m back from Eygpt on the Saturday! Would have been gutted to miss this one.

Must check when the champions league qualifiers are in a couple of years just in case!
I've just found out after landing at Heathrow on Monday at 8pm ,the last train Euston to Cov is 9.26pm. and no direct trains till bloody Thursday due to railworks . Think I'll have to ask my poor brother to pick me up by car.

Most of us knew that game would be on TV. I dont understand why anyone booked anything for that weekend without confirmation and is now complaining its been moved. Its shit of course but i cant be sympathetic about it.

I was going to a couple of concerts on Monday and Tuesday and delayed the Monday hotel booking in case - just common sense really

These must be some truly special events you guys have planned, can't think of much I'd be missing this game for.

I'm actually a bit jealous that other people have such interesting lives.

All this game change has done is interfered with my gardening schedule

Weather is going to be shit on the Saturday, apparently…22 degrees and sunny on the Sunday!• Perfect weather for celebrating and drinking to our magnificent title win!*

•This is based on a hunch and not long-term metrological knowledge

*We still may end up in the fucking play-offs

Fuck off.

I’m running London Marathon that day. So means I 100% miss the game and puts my friends and family who were coming to watch in a predicament too.

Soz I didn’t forward plan us getting moved when I signed up to run for charity last October.

Did you get in through the ballot?
Tell everyone you're injured, automatic entry to next year's and get to see the game

It's a shame it's not on Sky, they'd probably move it to the Saturday

Happened to me before aswell when the Man U semi got moved to marathon day.

Managed to get around that by starting the marathon early that year and literally made it to Wembley as we kicked off.

Not sure I have any suitable ideas for making this one work!

If you want to slum it there's a 10:20pm national express from Heathrow to Pool Meadow

Honestly if people are that bothered about surely just change logistics. It's can't think of much else I'd be doing to be honest. 9 years ago for the Checkatrade final my brother was supposed to be going on football tour and instead of catching a direct flight there with the team, the only other option to be at the final and make the tour was to make 3 separate flights zigzagging over Europe. Yes it's ridiculously annoying for those that are supposed to be doing something else on the Sunday, but we knew it was likely going to be moved and if it matters that much to you (and only you can decide that) then you'll make it work

I’m happy as I would really have been pushing my luck at work if it was a Friday night. My boss is an Albion fan but has said a few times just come in late and enjoy the moments.
