I turned it on at the start of extra time and EMC hasn't touched the ball lol
Everything went down that side before he came on. Guess it's a case of the established players not knowing his game. Tyreece Campbell looked much better down that side, but not sure it was EMC's doing.

Having watched the Jamaica game I wish there had been a secret FIFA paywall locking me out, what a load of shit. The only highlight was the Guadalajara stadium having a lovely hedge around the stands so every time it cut to the linesman it looked like he was in his back garden.

My youngest asked me why they had a hedge. I like to have answers for his curious little mind but I genuinely couldnt answer.

In 1983 I went to a pre-season friendly in Scotland when we played Brechin City. They had a hedge. Presumably they still do. I have the programme somewhere.

Saw this one on my X feed yesterday from Trogir in Croatia. Looks a decent place to watch a game.

Looks nice. Brechin still do have the hedge. Loved the preseason tours of Scotland. Wish they'd do them again.

Como is another stadium you see a lot of fancy shots of. Nice having a lake and all but where's your big Tesco lads?

The Summer we got relegated to L1 under Andy Thorn we did Inverness Caledonian Thistle when we played them in pre-season, went down to London on the Friday night and got the sleeper train up - One of the best footy trips I have done

They were great. There were a few in the 80s and 90s.

My son's first game although he didn't want to stay after the stewards wouldn't let him take a fruit shoot into the ground as it was obviously a weapon for a 6 year old. We spoke to Thorn & Terry Butcher who was Inverness' manager before the game, game wasn't good, I think Fleck missed a penalty & we lost 3-1.
My favourite pre season friendly was at La Louvière in Belgium before 2000/1 season, it helped that I was working in Brussels at the time.

Some pretty nice views from Folkestone Invicta's stadium.

Just about to be promoted to the National League South, so leagues down from League Two, so you might have to wait a few years to enjoy the view and a City clash. 🤪
