That was a shambles today. Its meant to be an event for kids and its absolutely beseiged by adults pushing in front of kids, treating it as their own kind of attempt to get selfies with players

One thing I do miss regarding the lower leagues, access to the players at JSB events etc was way better

Anyone attending without a child should have been turned away at the door, strange behaviour

It was adults with kids, but they were just paying 0 attention to the fact its an event for the children. 20 minutes before the end of training everyone pushed all to the front, adults shoving kids out the way n all sorts

Absolute waste of time, why they allow 2 adult tickets per child i dont know, should make it 1 adult per kid

Half the players couldn’t be arsed to sign autographs, Eccles must have signed more than everyone else combined. I heard the woman telling him times up now and he just kept signing.

Was surprised Sakamota was the first to tap out signing and walk back over the pitch.

Wont be going again.

Sad to hear and embarrassing for any adult doing that. Hate it. Grow the fuck up - a moment seeing a player makes the kids days/weeks/lives.

This all sounds horribly like that Simpsons episode when Homer enters a children's competition.

Probably a lot of negative comments regarding kids on here because most the people posting are still virgins who dont have a shag in them.

It's weird. I don't understand why adults would be so desperate to speak to footballers (or anyone 'famous'). I mean, what would you say?

'Alright? You play football for the team I support. Please play football well.'
