The end of having a settled squad. These last few years have been really nice just having a group of players you can get behind and watch grow. Genuinely they are the most likable group I can remember and seem to love being here, it'll be a shame if we ditch most of them. Hopefully we can keep a core group and add some quality

Yeah, that winning feeling

Games at a more standard and respectable hour.

A much more even playing field.

Lower prices.

Fewer home grown players getting a chance due to our lower level academy, compared to nearly all the rest of the Premier

VAR (which I have said many a time, I do like the concept of) which has now become a monster due to over reliance, nitpicking and slide rule judgements

Not being completely outplayed regularly.

Lower prices.
Away games shouldn't be much different price wise, overall. Add to the fact that we will have less games to play, fans should be better off financially - certainly for away day costs ( offset of course, for some, re: ST prices)

The only bonus of going to the PL is the money that guarantees the club’s financial future for a time. This has been a brilliant season and getting to the PL would be the ultimate redemption. However it is the getting there that is the best part. I honestly don’t think the PL is all that particularly with VAR. I think the top teams arrogantly think we all want to be there. I believe the most entertaining football happens from the championship below.

Yes completely…. I love the championship. It’s prime 90’s premier league. Once the chase is over it’s going to feel a bit flat as the year progresses. I just hope that we don’t have 1000’s of people with their phones out when Man City score.

I think weirdly one of the biggest reasons for our fall was being in the PL for so long and constantly hitting a ceiling. Fans and the club had become demotivated with avoiding relegation being the only success season upon season. As a football purist I don’t think any competition can be that great if only 5 teams can wins it.

This moment, this feeling.

I do wonder if this in a way is as good as it gets.

I also remember the feeling of beating United, Arsenal, Chelsea in the Premier League so I'm going to acknowledge that those moments were some of the best experiences as a Cov fan that I have had.

I just think that with having felt a million miles away from the Premier League when Mark Robins arrived for his second stint, that now being so close, having almost performed that miracle just feels incredible.

I'm savouring every moment at the minute.

Next season could be great/terrible/embarrassing.

This season has been close to perfect though.

That's what the PL is about 5/6 big clubs and the rest making up the numbers. Forget the anyone can beat anyone hype. The Top 6 changes rarely.

Every Twitter post about our club being infiltrated with 100s of comments from African based-accounts telling us we're an 'insignificant club' and a 'shit team' like in the lead up and aftermath of the semi-final.

As others have said, not being able to celebrate a goal with abandonment (you know, the very best thing about football) properly anymore. I'm not falling for that again after Wembley.

Being priced at about 16/1 to beat one of the bigger clubs. In a fucking league game.

Less matches.

Our 'fans' starting to turn on Lampard and the players when we lose 5 on the trot.

Mines more of a fear that we’ll lose some connection between us and the players - something I think the club's done well with since League Two. Whoever arrives is coming to us already at the ultimate destination, the "journey" is complete, and with that there's something missing for me.

I didn't realise Peter Drury was a City fan :)

* Same as most of the above, no VAR!
* A settled squad.
* The sense of connection between players and fans.
* The pre-season feeling that anything could happen over next 9 months.

Won't miss fans of shite clubs like Stoke, West Brom and Birmingham posting that picture of the CBS with about 8000 fans in during an FA Cup 1st round game 12 years ago with the caption "Never ask a Cov fan where they were until a few years ago"
